Yashin Live (referred to as "we", "our(s)", or "us") has provided guidelines for the creation and use of derivative works so that fans are able to enjoy different forms of creative content. For Fanwork Guidelines, ‘Derivative Works’ refers to any derivative works using Yashin Live's intellectual property, branding, graphic logo & designs, all Vtuber Talents of Yashin Live, or any content produced by the Talents of Yashin Live. It defines as any transformative creations of fans based on our created content.

The following guidelines provided in this page does not grant any form of copyright license to any derivative works containing content or IP produced by Yashin Live, or to any corporation or individual who intends to use derivative works for commercial purposes.
Creating fan content does not grant any form of endorsement, affiliation, or partnership to Yashin Live or its Talents.
Note that by doing so, Yashin Live has the right to use any derivative works you create as post images, video thumbnails, and similar.
We do not consider the use of our officially published content and works without any form of creative modification, or fails to contain any transformative effort to be considered as 'derivative works'.
These guidelines do not apply to content that does not include creative modification of the source material.

- Please be mindful of our Talents, and create fan content that do not depict any or implications of illegal/criminal acts, exploitation, propaganda, misuse, and subject for misinterpretation, or included in misleading content that may endanger Yashin Live and its Talents.
- Please refrain from publishing/uploading VODS or clips from our Talents before the end of the original stream(s), premiere(s), or video(s).
- We do not allow publishing of any created or submitted fan works with copyright claims or Content ID (or any automated system) as your own work.
- Please do not use our IP in any context that would cause people to believe that the fanwork is an official Yashin Live content.
YASHIN LIVE AND OUR TALENTS
- We prohibit impersonation of Yashin Live, its management, or any of our official team, departments or representatives in any web platforms.
- We prohibit impersonation of Yashin Live Talents, in any web platforms.
MONETIZATION OF OUR CONTENT
- Please do not use Yashin Live's digital (official art, articles, music & media) content for commercial purposes without explicit permission from us.
- Please do not use or purchase illegal, unofficial, and unapproved digital and physical goods ('bootlegs') Yashin Live digital content or merchandise for commercial purposes, with the intent of branding such content as your work.
- In the event that you wish to create any kind of media or physical goods for commercial purposes, please reach out to us and submit a message through 'CONTACT' tab (Subject: 'General Questions').
- With exception, fans are permitted to monetize web videos, clips and derivative works, so long as these works follow the guidelines set out in this guidelines.

- Gifts that violate our guidelines, deemed as inappropriate, hazardous or similar are unacceptable will be immediately discarded.
- We are not liable for the gifts / items you have sent to Yashin Live. Likewise, we are unable to answer questions about the status of your gifts.
